Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure B2B corporate partnerships and high-net-worth individual clients to drive business growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate partners, regional industry leaders, and executive candidates to enhance company presence.
• Host and engage in professional networking events and business social circles to promote the company brand and expand market reach.
• Deliver high-end career transition consulting, executive coaching, and tailored interview simulations for C-suite and senior professionals relocating between China and Singapore.
• Design and oversee career training curricula to ensure candidate resumes, profiles, and interview techniques meet localized and regional MNC requirements.
• Develop and advise corporate clients on talent mobility frameworks, workforce localization, and career mapping for professionals in Singapore-China business corridors.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of labor market trends and salary benchmarks in specialized sectors to provide actionable hiring and career transition advice.
• Manage business development targets and independently lead regional projects within a fast-paced consulting startup environment.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in high-end career consulting, B2B business development, executive search, or premium corporate training.
• Proven expertise in China-Singapore cross-border career consulting and talent mobility, with deep knowledge of both China’s corporate employment landscape and Singapore’s hiring market.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin to conduct business development, consulting, and negotiations with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills to confidently engage C-suite executives, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.
