Purchasing / Procurement Executive

Job Title: Purchasing / Procurement Executive
Company: CODACA ELECTRONIC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders based on confirmed customer orders and requirements.
• Source and purchase electronic components and related products from approved suppliers.
• Coordinate product specifications, pricing, quantity and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Follow up closely on purchase orders and expected delivery dates.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve product, quantity or delivery issues.
• Maintain purchasing records, purchase orders and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
• Monitor procurement costs and assist with supplier evaluation and coordination.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain operations, preferably in trading, manufacturing, electronics or industrial products.
• Experience in handling purchase orders, supplier quotations, pricing comparisons and delivery schedules.
• Experience coordinating directly with suppliers on product specifications, order quantities, lead times and delivery issues.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase orders simultaneously and follow up closely with suppliers to meet required delivery timelines.
• Good understanding of purchasing documentation and basic commercial terms.
• Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
