Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to walk-in customers.
• Assist customers with product selection and enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales transactions, prescriptions, and work orders.
• Handle cashiering duties and payment processing.
• Support inventory management, including stock receiving, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Ensure products are well displayed, and the store is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with daily store operations and administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage; training will be provided
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality
• Able to work on a roster, including weekends and public holidays
