Audiologist/ Hearing Care Consultant - No Experience Required

Benefits:

• Basic salary from SGD$3500 – $4500

• 5-day work week: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Work with medical professionals & gain exposure in Singapore audiology industry.

• Entry level is welcomed, full training provided.
  

Job Scope

• Conduct hearing assessments and audiological evaluations.

• Understand clients’ hearing needs and recommend suitable hearing solutions.

• Advise clients on hearing aid options and guide them through the selection process.

• Perform hearing aid fitting, programming, adjustment and fine-tuning.

• Provide counselling and after-sales support to ensure continued client satisfaction.

• Handle hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting when required.

• Develop long-term relationships with clients through professional and attentive service.

• Participate in hearing screening events, community outreach and marketing activities.

• Support smooth day-to-day store operations, including inventory and store organisation.

• Promote hearing aids and related products while working towards sales and service targets.
  

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Audiology.

• Prior hearing care industry experience without certificate are also welcome to apply.
