Sales Coordinator

• Position: Sales Coordinator

• Location: Pasir Panjang (walking distance from Pasir Panjang MRT)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Food products supplier

Main Responsibilities:

• Service existing and new customer accounts and respond to sales-related enquiries.

• Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on sales leads.

• Monitor customer ordering patterns and anticipated inventory requirements.

• Proactively recommend repeat orders or stock replenishment based on customer usage and ordering trends.

• Process sales orders received through various channels accurately and promptly.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of delivery orders and related records.

• Prepare sales quotations and handle customer enquiries in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Manager.

• Perform administrative duties including filing, printing store orders and preparing visitation forms.

• Provide sales support by processing phone orders and quoting approved prices in accordance with agreed commercial terms.

• Support the Sales team with promotional activities, price updates and related customer communications.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least one year of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, order processing or sales support would be advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email and following up on sales leads.

• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customer orders accurately.

• Able to work effectively with Sales, Operations and other internal teams.
