SALES COORDINATOR
About this job
Answer phones and respond to emails accordingly.
Process and follow up request proactively from customers/distributors, sales and HQ. Obtain and review, forecast updates with distributors and customers to monitor PSI.
Ensure all orders processing are input with correct p/n and prices, as required.
Monitor and coordinate to ensure prompt delivery with schedules and requirement.
Following up with shipment to Issue invoices and shipping documents timely
Prepare a variety of data and reports using Microsoft Words and Excel for analysis.
Communicate with customer/distributors and follow up enquiry for Sales team review.
Assist Sales team with analysis and data from POS reports.
Maintenance of regional or consolidated files and update promptly in order.
Handle and manage price list with confidentiality.
Assist Sales team related to supply and demand matters.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements :
· Minimum education qualification of ‘N’, ‘O’ level, ITE or equivalent
· Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Ability to understand Mandarin to facilitate communication with relevant stakeholders
. Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
