The Role

We're looking for a Senior Service Crew member to be a floor anchor at our new venue.You'll own a section of the dining room, guide junior crew, and be the first point of escalation before a supervisor steps in. This is a step up from standard service crew — you're not just running food, you're running your section.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and manage a designated section of the floor across service

• Guide and support junior service crew within your section

• Run food and drinks orders accurately and promptly

• Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve minor service issues before escalating

• Ensure your section is clean, reset, and guest-ready at all times

• Assist with opening and closing duties and side work

• Act as a reliable point of communication between the floor and the kitchen or bar

Who You Are

• 1 to 3 years of F&B or service experience with some exposure to a senior or section lead role

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work confidently on your feet throughout a full shift

• You take ownership of your section and don't wait to be told what needs doing

• Good communicator with guests and team members alike

• Calm under pressure and consistent in your standard regardless of how busy the floor gets

• Willing to guide junior crew and contribute positively to team culture
