Freight Forwarding Executive (Air Freight /5.5 days) [EL]

• Execute air export shipment bookings and operational coordination

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure shipment readiness and schedule compliance

• Prepare and process air export documentation including Airway Bills, invoices, and permits

• Communicate flight schedules and provide regular updates on freight movement and delivery status

• Manage cost submissions, GST billing, and payment follow-ups within agreed timelines

• Deliver timely and effective customer support to ensure service excellence
