Strategic Pricing & Procurement Leadership

• Establish and implement pricing strategies that support revenue growth and margin optimisation.
• Lead procurement and negotiation activities with airlines, GSAs, and strategic partners across key trade lanes.
• Secure competitive rates, capacity commitments, and service agreements to meet business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes, governance, and commercial performance.

Commercial Growth & Customer Solutions

• Provide strategic pricing support for key accounts, RFQs, tenders, and large-scale customer opportunities.
• Partner with Sales leadership to formulate competitive and profitable customer solutions.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and develop pricing initiatives to expand market share.
• Support business development efforts through data-driven commercial insights and recommendations.

Market Intelligence & Carrier Strategy

• Analyse market trends, airline capacity developments, and competitive dynamics.
• Develop carrier sourcing strategies to optimise procurement outcomes and network competitiveness.
• Maintain strong relationships with airline management teams and industry stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and overseas offices to align commercial and operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, pricing governance, and approval frameworks.
• Lead pricing system enhancements and reporting initiatives to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior pricing and procurement team members where applicable.
