Production Operator (4 Days Work Week | Bus Provided SG & JB | Training Included | Contract) [EL]

Working Schedule

• 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday)
• Rotating shifts:Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Shift allowance provided)Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Shift allowance provided)
• Overtime available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Job Responsibilities

Equipment Operation

• Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures
• Identify and report machine breakdowns, malfunctions, or product quality issues
• Assist in training and onboarding of new operators when required

Standards & Quality Compliance

• Carry out tasks according to work instructions, quality standards, and production targets
• Record production data accurately to ensure proper traceability
• Follow all safety and operational procedures at all times

Production Material Preparation

• Ensure raw materials are supplied according to production requirements
• Handle loading of raw materials and semi-finished goods into production line
• Perform final product checks including quantity, quality, and defect counts
• Prepare finished goods for transfer to the next process

Safety Requirement

• Required to wear full PPE at all times, including jumpsuit, mask, and gloves
