Production Operator (SG & JB bus / 4 days / Training Provided / Contract) [EL]

Working Schedule

• 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday)
• Rotating Shift Schedule:Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Shift Allowance Provided)Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Shift Allowance Provided)
• Overtime opportunities available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard procedures.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or product quality issues.
• Support onboarding and training of new operators when required.

Standards & Quality Compliance

• Perform production tasks in accordance with work instructions, quality standards, and production targets.
• Record operational and production data accurately to ensure traceability where required.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Production Material Preparation

• Verify that raw materials are delivered according to production requirements.
• Load raw materials and semi-finished products into the production process.
• Conduct final checks on completed products, including:Total production lengthQuantity of good-quality productsQuantity of defective products
• Prepare finished goods for transfer to the next process or warehouse.
