A hospital is looking for a Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Executive
Your new role
- Support the enhancements and build of an efficient process flow to onboard specialists.
- Consolidate and clean HR data extracted from existing HR systems into a structured Excel master file
- Identify recurring manual processes within the Department for enhancements. Propose Excel- or VBA-based automation ideas to improve efficiency (no system configuration or policy work)
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
- Diploma holder
- Strong in using Microsoft Office, AI tools like Co-pilot, Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas; VBA or macros)
