We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Mobility & HR Operations Executive to support the day-to-day administration of our HR operations function. You will play a key role in supporting international employee movements, payroll coordination, and HR administration activities. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys operational work, stakeholder coordination, and working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth employee mobility and HR processes.

Your new role

• Manage Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Dependent Pass and related work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with external immigration vendors and government authorities on mobility-related matters.
• Maintain accurate immigration and mobility records and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Shared Services experience. (Open to fresh graduates as well!)
• Hands-on experience managing Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependent Pass, or other immigration processes.
• Exposure to payroll administration and coordination with payroll vendors.
• Experience supporting international mobility, expatriate administration, or relocation activities will be highly advantageous.
• Regional HR operations exposure will be an added advantage.
