Warehouse Operations Assistant

Salary Range: S$2,800 to S$3,500

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of daily inbound and outbound shipment activities.
• Assist in booking freight and liaising with carriers on schedules and requirements.
• Help prepare and organise shipping documents, permits, and declarations.
• Coordinate with truckers for container collection and delivery arrangements.
• Track shipment status and update relevant stakeholders on progress.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, bookings, and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for warehousing and transportation processes.
• Respond to customer queries regarding shipment status and requirements.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Requirements

• Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations; candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior scope.
• Basic familiarity with logistics software and MS Office applications.
• Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well both independently and within a team.
