Warehouse Operations Executive

Salary Range: S$3,000 to S$4,000

Responsibilities

• Handle and execute daily shipment orders initiated by customers.
• Secure freight bookings with designated carriers in line with customer routing guides.
• Offer quotations covering warehousing, transportation, and documentation services.
• Coordinate with truckers to arrange collection of empty containers from the depot for stuffing at customer premises.
• Arrange onward movement of laden containers from customer premises to the port.
• Compile permits and other required applications and declarations.
• Draft Letters of Credit and finalise shipping documentation.
• Track shipping documents to ensure smooth shipment clearance.
• Oversee adherence to customs and trade regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely order execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sea operations management; candidates with supervisory experience may be considered for a supervisory scope.
• Familiarity with SAP, logistics software, and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
