Insurance Specialist (3 Months | Up to $3.1k)

Job Summary

Support motor insurance sales, customer servicing, policy administration, claims coordination, and operational activities while delivering excellent customer experience and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate new insurance sales and support policy renewals.
• Handle customer enquiries related to motor insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and servicing requests.
• Gather customer feedback through surveys, phone calls, and emails while providing professional customer support.
• Support marketing and outreach activities, including events and customer engagement initiatives.
• Liaise with insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to resolve policy and operational matters.
• Refer complex cases requiring underwriting review or special approval.
• Perform administrative duties, including documentation, data verification, and record management.
• Assist with insurance claims processing, accident reporting, payment administration, and recovery follow-up.
• Monitor customer feedback and operational issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Experience in the Singapore motor insurance industry, such as customer service, policy administration, insurance operations, brokerage, or agency support.
• Possess Certificate in CGI, SCI, or equivalent qualification required for general insurance advisory and servicing.
• Good knowledge of motor insurance products, policy renewals, endorsements, and customer servicing processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Ability to work closely with customers, insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, CRM systems, or insurance-related platforms.

• Location: OneNorth (Transport provided at OneNorth and Buona Vista MRT)
• Working Schedule: Mon - Fri (10am - 7pm)
