Clinic Head 诊所主管

Job Description:

- Responsible for managing the operations department of Toa Payoh Chung Hwa Headquarter TCM Clinic

- Coordinating collaborative projects with Public Healthcare Institutions

- Prepare and present reports on clinic performance to senior management

- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations

- Handle patient feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

- Develop, implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinic operations

- Partial clinical consultation sessions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field(or equivalent).

- Registered TCM Practitioner with TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB), Singapore, and a valid
practicing certificate.

- Minimum 2 years of management experience in clinic operations

- Excellent coordination, communication, organization, and planning skills;

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients and inhouse system)
