HR and Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

• To assist in the daily operations of the HR and Admin Dept of the Company / Group Companies
• Handle incoming calls and walk-in customers
• Manage incoming emails
• Responsible for office facilities and maintenance
• Liaise with recruitment agent to arrange candidates for interviews
• Handle foreign workers' matters including applying and renewing of work permit, managing foreign workers’ accommodation, workers’ repatriation and computing of timesheets
• Liaise with bank for security bond applications
• Manage staff uniforms, pantry refreshments and stationery
• Liaise with dormitory operators on dormitory issues
• Handle staff H&S and WIC claims
• Provide secretarial support to Senior management like booking taxi, serving drinks etc
• Assist in organizing events like annual staff dinner, Christmas and CNY celebration
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min ‘O’ level preferably with Certificate in HRM
• Good EA knowledge
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar job scope
• Good level of proficiency in MS Office skills such as Excel, Word& PowerPoint
• Pleasant and positive personality with enthusiasm to learn
• Must be a team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
