Makeshift Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a driven, proactive and commercially hungry Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, meeting new clients, building relationships and, most importantly, closing deals.

If you like taking ownership of your sales and seeing your effort directly reflected in your results and earnings, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Develop new B2B clients and business opportunities

• Actively prospect and build your own sales pipeline

• Connect with corporate clients, interior designers, contractors, consultants and procurement teams

• Attend client meetings, presentations and site visits

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office furniture and workplace solutions

• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations

• Negotiate and close projects

• Follow up actively and consistently on opportunities

• Develop existing accounts for repeat and referral business

• Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets

• Maintain accurate sales activities and opportunities in CRM

• Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth project delivery

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in B2B sales or business development

• Strong hunter mentality — you don't wait for opportunities, you create them

• Confident in prospecting and approaching new clients

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Persistent, resourceful and results-driven

• Good commercial sense

• Independent and able to manage your own sales pipeline

• Comfortable working towards sales targets

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving SME environment

Experience in office furniture, commercial interiors, interior fit-out, renovation, building materials or workplace solutions will be an advantage, but is not essential.
