HR Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for an organised and responsible HR Coordinator to support the Company's human resources and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication.

· Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

· Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.

· Prepare employment-related documents, HR letters etc.

· Assist with payroll administration, leave records and attendance tracking.

· Coordinate work pass applications, renewals and related documentation where required.

· Liaise with employees and relevant government agencies on HR-related matters.

· Ensure HR records and processes comply with Company policies and applicable Singapore employment requirements.

· Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

· Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR or human resources administration would be an advantage.

· Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

· Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
