Assistant Manager/ Manager

Responsibilities

• To maintain and repair tank in accordance to ITCO / Milkyway's standard whichever is higher.
• To advise depot on the repair method and cost saving strategy based on knowledge of the repair needed.
• Upkeep of persistent repair of specific lanes or depots.
• Provide monthly summary and solution of the problematic lanes or depots.
• To allocate suitable tanks to job created by operation.
• Understand the needs of customer’s requirement.
• Provide alternative solution if no available tank type / equipment is present.
• Provide cost for modification if necessary.
• Check the compatibility of L3C for customer prior to tank allocation.
• Approve tank preparation work needed by customer.
• Key in all repair and maintenance cost in MCP system.
• Verification and amendments to all repair cost that has entry error.
• Upkeep of Depot cleaning cost.
• Provide SEA region destination cost for Sales and Marketing.
• Checking the bills with the suppliers takes place every month.
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
