Property Admin Executive | AMK | Up to $4,000/mth

Duties:

• Draft and prepare tenancy-related documents, including lease agreements and side letters.
• Monitor and follow up on tenants’ submission of required documents such as Sales Certificates, Audited Sales Reports, and Public Liability Insurance.
• Perform e-stamping and ensure lease documents and supporting files are properly uploaded into relevant systems and shared folders.
• Maintain and update records related to lease transactions and tenancy information.
• Manage and update tenants’ contact details within leasing databases and internal systems.
• Liaise with tenants regarding outstanding rental payments and arrears matters.
• Address tenants’ enquiries and requests while fostering positive working relationships.
• Support the preparation of reports and documentation related to leasing operations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience with handling large volumes of documentation.
• Prior experience in lease administration function is desirable.
