Facilities Executive, Mall Operations (

Our client is an established real estate investor and property manager seeking operations professionals to support the daily management of a prominent shopping mall.

Salary:

• Associate Executive: Up to $3,000 per month

• Executive/Senior Executive: $3,500–$4,200 per month

• 13th-month payment/AWS

The final appointment level will be determined according to the candidate’s experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the shopping mall and maintain a safe, clean and pleasant environment for tenants and shoppers.

• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, tenant frontages, loading areas and other mall facilities.

• Attend to tenant requests, shopper feedback and operational incidents promptly and professionally.

• Monitor the performance of security, cleaning and other outsourced service providers.

• Coordinate with the Facilities team on defects, breakdowns and repair or maintenance works.

• Assist with tenant handovers, fit-out activities, reinstatement works and opening preparations.

• Provide operational support for mall events, promotional activities, roadshows and peak-period crowd management.

• Maintain accurate incident reports, inspection records, contractor reports and other operational documentation.

• Support emergency-response exercises and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

• Assist the manager with service-contract administration, quotations, purchase requests and operational reporting.

• Senior-level candidates may be assigned to lead operational projects and guide junior team members.

Requirements

• Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, Hospitality or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in shopping mall, commercial property, hospitality or customer-facing operations is advantageous.

• Candidates with limited experience but strong interest in retail property operations may be considered for the Associate Executive level.

• Service-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple operational matters.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Willing to support mall operations during weekends, public holidays or outside regular hours when required.
