Our client is seeking an experienced FMCG Key Account Manager / Assistant Manager to manage strategic Modern Trade accounts, drive sales growth, and strengthen customer partnerships.

📍 Location: One-North / Buona Vista
💰 Salary: Up to $7,500/month

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, profitability, volume, revenue, and distribution targets across assigned key accounts.

• Develop and execute customer business plans and sales strategies based on market and customer insights.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and decision-makers.

• Manage trade spend and promotional budgets, ensuring effective ROI and commercial returns.

• Plan and execute trade promotions, marketing campaigns, and in-store activations to maximise sales impact.

• Negotiate pricing, promotional allowances, trading terms, and commercial agreements.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Category Management teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Analyse sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

• Lead business reviews and present performance updates and commercial recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.

• Proven experience in FMCG sales / Key Account Management, preferably managing major Modern Trade accounts.

• Strong track record in driving sales growth, commercial performance, and customer relationships.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in business planning, trade spend management, and promotional execution is preferred.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

• Good understanding of FMCG, Category Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is an advantage.

• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
