Role Mission：
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Docs/Invoices processes, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This role involves working with a team to prepare invoices and delivery orders, maintain inventory, and ensure the timely recording of payments. This position will also be responsible for reviewing and verifying documents, performing general data entry, backup to the team as required. This position requires strong inter-personal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job requirements

· Proven experience in a billing, tax or administrative role

· Strong team work and inter-personal management skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Working knowledge of Inventory management and accounting practices.

· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

· 5Day work week

· Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm
