Assistant Planning Executive

Role of Position

• To administer, maintain and continuously improve the Company's Subcontractor Payment Response Database, ensuring timely and accurate recording of payment responses prepared by the Contracts Department for subcontractors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the Company's Subcontractor Payment Response Database.
• Record and update payment responses prepared by the Contracts Department for subcontractors.
• Monitor the status of subcontractor payment responses and maintain accurate historical records. • Ensure payment response records are complete, accurate and updated in a timely manner.
• Liaise with the Contracts Department to verify and update payment response information.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of the payment response database.

Any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor; viz;

• ➢ Provides secondary support in performance reporting, data analysis and the Company's Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
• ➢ Various Quantity Surveying functions (Door Biz Unit activities)
• ➢ Any other duties as may be assigned from to time

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Engineering (Civil/ Structure/ Architectural/ M&E) discipline
• Experience in construction/ interior fit-out/ building industry
