PLANNING ASSISTANT CLERK

Job Description

• Reports to the Planning Engineer
• Assists the Planning team with regards to contracts, sub-contracts, suppliers and vendors related works
• Help the person in charge to manage and to resolve issues pertaining to specific assigned tasks
• Handle clerical works to support and maintain the smooth operation of the team
• Ad hoc duties that may be assigned

Job Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or its equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Able to resolve and troubleshoot issues that may arise from time to time
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize jobs efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
