Assistant Project Manager (Mixed Development) [SL]
About this job
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee and coordinate ISH & A&A superstructural and architectural finishing works.
- Manage off-site fabrication and delivery of structural components.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, progress, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in contract administration, cost control, claims assessment, and progress payment evaluations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review design drawings, technical submissions, and specifications for compliance and constructability.
- Identify project risks and support the implementation of mitigation measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor QA/QC processes to maintain project quality.
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and updates for management and stakeholders.
- Support and coordinate project teams to achieve project objectives effectively.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, PE, PMP or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing integrated developments, mixed-use projects, or large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and familiar with BIM process.
