Job Summary

Support accounts and sales teams by managing daily e-invoicing, maintaining accurate customer and supplier records, and performing administrative and ad hoc duties to ensure efficient business operations.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts and sales teams by processing daily e-invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Record and maintain accurate customer and supplier data to support financial and sales operations
• Provide administrative assistance by organizing documents and managing correspondence to support team efficiency
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to meet operational needs and support business functions

Other Information

• Work schedule: 5.5 days per week; Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, alternate Saturdays 8am–12pm
• Benefits: Annual Leave and Medical Leave provided
