Job Summary
You will work in a French casual kitchen, preparing dishes that meet high food quality standards while supporting all kitchen teams and maintaining food hygiene and safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare French traditional dishes that consistently meet established quality standards
- Maintain food hygiene and safety practices to comply with health regulations
- Collaborate with all kitchen teams to support smooth kitchen operations and timely service
- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate kitchen activities and ensure clarity of instructions
