Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Manage and train staff to deliver quality customer experience.
• Handle scheduling, manpower planning, and staff performance.
• Monitor sales, control costs, and improve profitability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance.
• Manage customer feedback and support marketing activities.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Western restaurants, with 5 years in Assistant Manager or above role.
• Strong knowledge of Western restaurant service standards and workflow.
• Good wine knowledge, able to recommend pairings.
