Key Responsibilities
- Contact policyholders and assist with third-party claim submissions and recovery.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and follow up on claims.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and claim outcomes.
- Ensure all processes comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related studies.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in insurance claims recovery or customer service.
