About this job
- Calendar Managementfor VPs.
- Travel Management forPrincipal Professionals and VPs.
- Ad-hoc travelarrangement for external parties (e.g. agencies partners, media etc).
- Event supports,Internal/ External events includes workshops, trainings, meetings, and teamluncheon/ dinner etc.
- Logistic supportincludes booking of meeting rooms, request of visitor passes/IT items/ IPaddress,preparing of table name tag etc, send signage artwork to GA, arrange oftea breaks, catering, ordering of mineral water etc.
- Submission of claimsfor Korean Expat, Director and VP.
- Submission ofdepartmental invoices (e.g. catering, name card and other services relatedinvoice etc).
- Ensure workstation ofnew hire is clean and tidy, request of laptop/ temp staff pass/ desk phones,basic orientation etc.
- Provide assistance toresignee on their exit clearance.
- Forward internalcircular email to team(s), update of department's seating plan, Fire wardenrole.
- Any other duties asassigned by the immediate Superior from time to time.
