Cleaning Supervisor (North)

Key Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and coordinate work schedules for all cleaning staff.
• Inspect cleaned areas regularly to ensure compliance with company and hygiene standards.
• Conduct induction and on-the-job training for new cleaners on proper cleaning methods and equipment use.
• Check that all cleaning tools and machines are safe and well-maintained.
• Report low stock levels of chemicals and materials to management.
• Listen to client requests or feedback on-site, share them with the team, and ensure proper follow-up.
• Enforce all workplace health and safety rules and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, with some supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong leadership, clear communication, and basic problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with professional cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety regulations (such as proper dilutions and PPE use).
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift equipment for extended periods.
• Secondary school certificate or equivalent.
