JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide tailored skincare and haircare consultations, recommending solutions based on customer needs.
• Build genuine relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal regulars
• Demonstrate products and techniques that boost customer confidence
• Hit sales targets as part of a supportive, driven team
• Drive both individual and team success through exceptional service and results.
• Stay ahead with deep knowledge of all types of treatments, products, machines and equipment, technologies.
• Keep informed of all promotions offered from time to time, support promotional events and product launches – ensuring engaging customer experiences.
• Keep the counter looking sharp, stocked, and on-brand
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed and take up other ad hoc duties when necessary.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar retail/beauty role
• A genuine passion for skincare, beauty, and the science behind it
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team player who can also work independently
• Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Working Hours: 5-day Work Week, Retail Hours.
