About this job
- Execute AWB based on client and customer service instructions and comply to terminal/airline requirement.
- Handle inbound or outbound shipment documents.
- Attend to customers’ request via email and telephone call wherever necessary.
- Respond to customer complaints and enquiries promptly (sense of urgency) and provide possible suggestions / solutions or assist with recovery actions whenever possible.
- Teamwork capabilities with communication and understanding of workflow.
- Take on additional tasks delegated by Department Supervisor/ Manager.
- Requirements
- Knowledge of Import or Export shipping documentation
- 1-2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding company
- Able to perform given tasks efficiently and meet the deadline given by supervisor/manager
- Team worker
- With permit declaration knowledge of Costing and Billing is an added advantage.
- 5.5days per week (routine with team after probation
