We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support programme coordination, volunteer activities, events and day-to-day operations. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure programmes and engagement activities are delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Support the coordination of volunteer schemes and related activities.
  • Track and follow up on assigned tasks, timelines and operational matters.
  • Maintain and organise programme records, documentation and supporting materials.

Event Planning & Engagement Support

  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of events, engagement sessions and outreach activities.
  • Assist with pre-event preparations, event-day logistics and post-event administrative follow-up.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, vendors and partners to support the smooth delivery of events and engagement activities.

Records Management & Operational Support

  • Prepare and maintain meeting records, reports, discussion materials and other operational documents.
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements, schedules and administrative requirements.
  • Consolidate information and supporting materials for discussions and decision-making.
  • Provide administrative, project-based and ad hoc support as required.

What we are looking for:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Volunteer Management, Social Work or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment.
  • Prior experience in programme coordination, event support, volunteer management or administrative operations will be advantageous.
