Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Develop and execute regional business strategies across 11 ASEAN marketsto drive growth, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships. Leadcross-functional teams and manage local representatives to achieve businessobjectives and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s regional business strategy and growth plans across Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, agents, distributors, schools, universities, and corporate clients
• Build and sustain strong relationships with government agencies, business partners, educational institutions, industry associations, and key stakeholders to support business objectives
• Lead market expansion efforts by designing and executing country-specific strategies tailored to local market conditions, customer needs, and business opportunities
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, revenue, key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, competitor activities, and business development efforts across the region
• Represent the company at business meetings, conferences, trade shows, networking events, school/university visits, and partner meetings to enhance brand presence and business growth
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Management teams to ensure coordinated and effective regional execution of business plans
• Recruit, manage, mentor, and support country representatives or local teams to optimize regional operations and performance
• Prepare and deliver regular regional performance reports, market analyses, forecasts, and expansion plans to senior management
• Ensure all business activities comply with relevant local laws and regulations
