Corporate Solutions Consultant (B2B Financial Adviser)

CO Wealth Advisory is looking for self-driven and results-oriented sales professionals to further develop our Corporate Solutions business which is one of our key markets and core strengths.

This is a specialised B2B Financial Adviser role where the candidate shall use their Sales Prospecting skills to engage with business owners and HR professionals to acquire and manage new business accounts, and to provide products and services for their Employee Healthcare Benefits and Commercial and General Insurance needs.

We are CO Wealth Advisory, a top performing agency of 20 years with AIA FA Singapore, deploying a Premier Wealth Services business model that has won us awards for top High-Net-Worth, Corporate Solutions and Million-Dollar-Round-Table agency for consecutive years.

Responsibilities

• Sales prospecting for new business, grow and maintain client accounts our corporate portfolio
• Relationship Management: Provide ongoing service and advice to corporate clients for their Employee Healthcare Benefits, Commercial and General Insurance needs.

Requirements

• Minimum A Levels, Full Diploma (3 years) or Degree holder.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Client Servicing, Business Development, Relationship Management, or Account Management is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Ambitious, Resilient, Self-driven, and Results-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build client relationships with a positive and engaging personality.

Fresh Graduates / Career Switchers

• Starting remuneration: from $3,000* per month, with potential to reach up to $10,000 per month**
• Remuneration includes monthly allowance, commissions, and performance incentives

• Most associates progress to $6,000 – $10,000 per month within 12–18 months based on performance
