Chinese Tuition Centre Manager

Full-Time | Singapore

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and experienced Centre Manager to join our Chinese tuition centre.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on management experience, preferably in a tuition or education centre

• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Warm, approachable and genuinely caring towards children

• Responsible, organised and proactive

• Good communication and people-management skills

• Able to work independently and handle daily centre operations

• Singapore Citizen / PR / LTVP or LTVP+ holder

Responsibilities

• Manage daily centre operations and class schedules

• Coordinate and support teachers

• Communicate with parents and handle enquiries

• Monitor students’ progress and overall learning experience

• Maintain a positive, professional and welcoming centre environment
