IT Service Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own the availability, reliability, performance, and service quality of business-critical IT platforms.
• Manage the full platform lifecycle, including implementation, upgrades, patching, configuration, and retirement.
• Lead major incidents, service recovery, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Govern incident, change, configuration, and service management processes.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, escalations, and key technology stakeholders.
• Ensure security, risk, compliance, and audit requirements are met.
• Drive automation, operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop technical teams while ensuring 24x7 operational readiness and effective escalation support.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in IT operations, service assurance, or platform management.
• Experience managing 24x7 business-critical production environments with stringent SLA and availability requirements.
• Strong experience in multi-platform and multi-vendor environments.
• Proven expertise in incident, change, service recovery, and operational governance.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
