Regional IT Operations Executive / Pharma / Up to 5.2k/month!

Role Summary

An established MNC is expanding its regional digital hub in Singapore and looking for an agile Digital Operations Specialist. You will act as the primary operational owner for multiple live enterprise platforms across the APAC region, ensuring high application uptime, managing software vendors, and providing L1/L2 functional support to business users.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day operations and system availability for live SaaS, web, and enterprise applications across regional markets.

• Act as the first line of support for business users, reproducing bugs, running initial diagnostics, and resolving system configuration issues.

• Manage external software vendors to ensure strict adherence to SLAs, incident resolution timelines, and system upgrades.

• Handle platform administrative tasks, including user access management, permission controls, and maintenance of system runbooks/SOPs.

• Serve as the key bridge between commercial business teams, internal IT, and third-party technology partners.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience supporting live digital systems, web applications, SaaS products, or CRM platforms.

• Proven experience handling system administration (user permissions, app setup) and ticketing/incident triage processes.

• Strong track record of vendor management and SLA tracking.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional regional stakeholders.
