Medial Affairs Intern (Pharmaceutical / APAC)

Partnering with with a leading global biopharmaceutical company, this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, regional Medical Affairs environment.
You will work closely with the APAC Medical team, supporting regional initiatives across multiple markets, gaining real exposure to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry at a strategic level.
Responsibilities
- Support project management activities: track action items, timelines, and deliverables across regional priorities
- Coordinate meeting logistics including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials, and follow-up actions
- Assist in developing and executing internal medical communications and engagement initiatives (newsletters, townhall preparation, Viva Engage posts)
- Research industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to support strategic discussions
- Help maintain and organize team documentation, SharePoint content, and shared resources
- Contribute creative ideas and fresh perspectives to ongoing APAC Medical projects and programs
Requirements
- Available full-time between November 2026 to January 2027; some flexibility can be discussed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Business, Communications, or related field
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn quickly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communicator—written and verbal—comfortable working in a multicultural, regional team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Passion for healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical innovation is a plus
