Client Service Associate

The Client Service Associate plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and patient care at Minmed Screening Centres. Acting as a service ambassador, this position ensures a welcoming experience for participants during their health screenings.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of customer care to participants who visit us for their health screening
• Manage participants’ enquiries and appointments in a professional manner
• Assist with clinical procedure such as ECG and other biometric measurements
• Keep proper clinical records in line with requirements of MOH
• Maintain good housekeeping and perform other duties which may be assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma education
• Experience in healthcare or clinic setting advantageous
• Applicants with Hospitality background is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer and service-oriented posture
