General Description
Responsible for supporting regional customer operations and performance management across APAC. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, enhance customer performance and support business growth. The position also contributes to process standardization, data optimization and project implementation across the region.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective account management and operational efficiency.
- Share best practices, knowledge and operational approaches across teams to promote consistency and continuous improvement.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional and regional teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment.
Customer & Operations Management
- Support day-to-day customer operations, including execution planning, capacity/utilization management, knowledge management and operational communications.
- Engage assigned customers through regular business and performance reviews and follow up on agreed actions.
- Monitor operational KPIs, track improvement objectives and support initiatives across countries to improve overall performance.
- Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities and support the development of standardized processes and solutions.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to address operational challenges and support customer retention and business growth.
- Optimize operational data, reporting structures and data flows to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Support strategic capacity and resource planning based on business forecasts, particularly during peak periods.
Process & Project Management
- Analyse, map and document current and future-state processes in line with regional standardization frameworks.
- Support the development and implementation of standardized processes, policies and operating procedures across the region.
- Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials and performance presentations.
- Work closely with implementation teams to support project execution and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Monitor APAC market developments and proactively identify potential operational impacts, risks and mitigation actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other assignments as required.
