Marketing Communications Manager (Preschool/ 5 days) [EL]

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM/email marketing and website content.
• Lead social media strategy, content planning and channel optimisation across multiple platforms.
• Manage cross-functional and agency partnerships to deliver high-quality campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Establish campaign measurement frameworks, monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Safeguard brand consistency across messaging, content and customer touchpoints.
• Partner with senior marketing leadership on brand-building, customer engagement and new marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with experience managing integrated campaigns.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, content and campaign analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
• Experience working across multiple brands, markets or customer segments is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder and agency management capabilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
