Education Roadshow Sales Executive – Customer Acquisition (Islandwide)

Working Days: 6 days per week, including weekends/public holidays when rostered
Working Hours: Retail operating hours
Location: Various roadshow and retail locations

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend education courses based on customers’ needs and interests.
• Engage customers at roadshows and retail locations to generate leads and new enquiries.
• Handle customer enquiries, objections and provide suitable course information.
• Guide customers through the course application and enrolment process.
• Work towards individual sales and customer acquisition targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum N-Level with 3 passes including Mathematics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive customer-oriented approach.
• Sales-driven and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve higher earnings.
• Resilient and able to remain motivated when handling customer objections or rejection.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, at different roadshow/retail locations.
