KYC Lifecycle Management: Handle, evaluate, and verify Know Your Customer (KYC) data and documentation for new client onboarding and regular account assessments.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate closely with external clients and internal teams to gather necessary Customer Due Diligence (CDD) materials and tax forms, ensuring all account details align with compliance frameworks.
AML Risk Evaluation: Execute comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk assessments during onboarding and routine reviews, which includes analyzing and validating Source of Wealth (SOW) and Source of Funds (SOF).
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on evolving AML and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations, applying internal Standard Operating Procedures to mitigate potential risks.
Process Alignment: Maintain uniformity in team workflows and ensure daily operations consistently align with updated regulatory standards and internal policies.
Quality Assurance & Deadlines: Engage in quality control checks for finalized KYC profiles while ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to strict operational timelines.
Project Support: Contribute to specialized regulatory assignments, operational enhancement projects, and administrative duties as directed by leadership.
Skills and Requirements
Professional Experience: Proven background in managing KYC, CDD, and AML remediation processes within the financial sector.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess risk, verify complex financial documentation, and corroborate Source of Wealth/Funds.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of current compliance standards regarding AML, CFT, and international tax reporting requirements.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both internal business units and external clients.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: High level of precision in documentation, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and participate in quality assurance reviews.
