About the Job
Oversee the end-to-end execution of MAS Notice 1012 alongside other assigned regulatory transformation projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, high quality standards, and prompt issue resolution.
Establish and continuously update project roadmaps, tracking scope, key deliverables, interdependencies, potential risks, governance decisions, and financial plans.
Align cross-functional teams to define business requirements and implement necessary enhancements across processes, data, control frameworks, testing, and platforms such as Avaloq and Axiom.
Engage actively with key stakeholders to manage expectations, address bottlenecks, and support functional teams in achieving project milestones.
Drive routine project syncs and deliver transparent progress reporting to both operational leads and senior leadership.
Prepare executive-level presentation decks and formal minutes for monthly Steering Committee meetings, driving action items to completion.
Continuously monitor project-related risks, formulate response plans, and escalate critical matters needing management approval in a timely manner.
Manage project financials by monitoring actual expenses against approved budgets.
Skills and Requirements
Proven track record as a Project Manager leading complex regulatory change and compliance initiatives within the banking sector.
Strong working knowledge of core banking and regulatory reporting architectures, specifically platforms such as Avaloq and Axiom.
Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams across Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations, IT, and Compliance.
Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive presentation capabilities.
Solid background in end-to-end delivery, risk management, budget oversight, and project administration.
