Responsibilities

• Execute production activities according to the production schedule and achieve targeted output levels.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production performance.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting of equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain optimal machine operational efficiency and production flow.
• Monitor and control product quality using manufacturing technologies and established procedures.
• Track and manage materials and goods through digital quantity monitoring systems.
• Conduct quality control inspections before customer delivery.
• Handle multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Support additional operational duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to perform routine production and operational tasks accurately.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and handle materials as required for production operations.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for production equipment are advantageous.
• Familiarity with quality control processes is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a production setting.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.
